The Dream Job Treasure Hunt Coaching Agreement

Definitions
Coaching Client/Acceptor of this Agreement: “You”
Coach Name: Dara M Wilson (the “Coach”)
Schedule: The weekly group sessions will be scheduled and communicated as part of the program.
This Agreement is between: You and DMW Lights LLC DBA Dara M Wilson Coaching (the “Company”).

Program Description and Fee Structure

This agreement is for enrollment in the Dream Job Treasure Hunt for a duration of six weeks.

What You’ll Get:

• Live Weekly Lessons: Weekly deep dives into the Values-Forward Work Attraction Framework, designed to help you land a fulfilling, values-aligned role.
• Weekly Accountability Sessions: Dedicated time with your fellow hunters to stay on track and work through your job search challenges.
• Hot Seat Coaching: Personalized, on-the-spot coaching sessions to address your specific job search struggles.
• Weekly Integration Worksheets: Worksheets to reinforce and integrate the lessons and keep your progress on track.
• Instant Access: The Values-Forward Crash Course: A three-part crash course on the Values-Forward Work Attraction Framework to dive into right after signup.
• Bonuses: Complete all five weekly challenges within the six-week program, and you’ll unlock a Tired-to-Hired Job Search Audit.

Fee Structure:

• The total cost of the program is $997 or 3 payments of $377.
• Access Price: $447 or 3 payments of $167 (for eligible participants who have been laid off or out of work for two months or more).
• Payment plans are offered for flexibility. All payments are required as part of the agreement.
• Unfortunately, there are no refunds on digital products, as access is granted immediately.

The Company’s Commitment
The Company will provide the services and resources outlined above through the Coach. The Company will support your personal, professional, and career growth, aligning with your values and goals.

Your Commitment

• You agree to pay the Company the fees as per this agreement.
• You agree to attend and participate in the sessions to the best of your ability.
• Payments are due monthly via Stripe, starting from the date of the first payment.
• You agree to engage honestly with the process and commit to your personal and professional growth.
• Violation of community values may result in removal from group spaces.

Coaching
You understand that the results of coaching depend on your active participation, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Your Agenda
The session agenda belongs to you. If the sessions are not meeting your needs, or if the Coach says something you're uncomfortable with, you agree to let the Coach know immediately.

Ethics and Confidentiality
The Company follows ICF coaching ethics. Any notes the Coach makes are confidential and will not be disclosed unless required by law. The Company may share anonymized information for training purposes without revealing your identity.

Admin
Sessions may be rescheduled in case of emergencies. The Coach will give notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, and any canceled sessions will be rescheduled.

Termination
You may cancel this agreement in writing within 14 days of signing. However, as access to digital content is immediate, refunds are not available.

General
You acknowledge that participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own decisions and actions throughout the program. This agreement reflects the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding the Dream Job Treasure Hunt program.

Eligibility for Access Pricing
To be eligible for Access Pricing, you must have been laid off or out of work for two months or longer. By signing, you confirm that you meet this eligibility and agree to truthful representation of your financial situation. False representation may result in disqualification from the program.
