The HOPE Group Program Coaching Agreement [ACCESS TIER]

 

I AGREE TO THE ACCESS ADDENDUM BELOW*

You being honest about your financial situation helps us to grow a healthy and sustainable community.

 

 

  • Definitions

 

  • Coaching Client/Acceptor of this agreement: “You”
  • Coach Name: Dara M Wilson (the “Coach”)
  • Schedule: The Bi-weekly group sessions will be scheduled and communicated as part of the program.
  • This Agreement is between: You and DMW Lights LLC DBA Dara M Wilson Coaching (the “Company”)

 

  • Program Description and Fee Structure

 

The agreement is for enrollment in the HOPE Program for a duration of twelve months.

 

What You'll Get:

  • Secret Study Group: Group coaching sessions for transformative experiences and communal support.
  • Library Access: A collection of videos for guidance on career clarity and personal growth.
  • Inner Authority Workbook: A personal manifesto designed to enhance confidence and align your career with your deepest values.
  • Direct Line to Guidance: Access to Dara in a group Voxer channel that she will check weekly.
  • The HOPE Enclave: Access to a digital community of peers for sharing, support, and celebration.
  • Additional Benefits: Any new resources or offerings created for the HOPE program will be available to you.

Fee Structure:

  • The total cost of the program is $2,500 OR $215 x 12 months, to be paid automatically on a monthly basis, on the date of the first payment date
  • Payments plans are offered as a courtesy for flexibility and do not constitute a subscription. You are responsible for all payments of the payment plan as a purchaser of this program.
  • Unfortunately, there are no refunds on digital products, as access is granted immediately.

  1.  The Company’s Commitment:
    • The Company will provide the services and resources outlined above through the Coach.
    • The Company will provide a professional client relationship designed to facilitate personal, professional, and business growth aligned with your values.

  2. Your Commitment:
    • You agree to pay the Company the Fees as set out in this Agreement and as per the invoice.
    • You agree to attend and participate in the sessions at the specified times, to the best of your ability
    • Payments are due monthly via Stripe, starting from the date of the first payment.
    • You agree to engage honestly and openly with the process, committing to your personal and professional growth.
    • You agree to abide by the values of the HOPE group, provided upon entry to the Enclave. Violation of these values jeopardizes the safety and growth of other members, and repeated offenses will result in removal from group spaces (The Enclave, Voxer, and Secret Study Group). You will maintain access to your personal materials in accordance to the terms laid out in this agreement

  3. Coaching:
    • You understand that the results of coaching are dependent on your active participation and that no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
    • Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, legal, medical, or financial advice. You agree to seek independent professional guidance as needed.

  4. Your Agenda:
    • The Session agenda belongs to You. If the Session is not heading in the direction you would like, if the Coach ever says anything with which you don’t feel comfortable, or if You have a concern with the way the Sessions are proceeding, You will let the Coach know immediately.

  5. Ethics and Confidentiality:
    • The Company is a member of the ICF and follows the coaching ethics, which can be found here.
    • Any notes the Coach makes during the Session or about You are kept confidential.
    • The Coach will not use or disclose the information You share with them during Your Sessions, except as authorized by You or as required by law.
    • You understand that on occasion the Company may anonymously share generalized information for training or consultation purposes with other Coaching professionals. Your identity and any information that could lead to Your identification will remain entirely confidential.

  6. Admin:
    • Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled in cases of emergency. The Coach will make every effort to do this via The Enclave at least 48 hours before the scheduled Session. The Coach will also make every effort to make up any canceled sessions.

  7. Termination:
    • You may cancel this Agreement in writing (by email or letter) within 14 days of signing. However, as digital access is granted immediately, refunds are not available.
    • Failure to attend or participate in scheduled sessions does not constitute cancellation of this Agreement, and payments will still be due.

  8. General:
    • You acknowledge that your participation in the program is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
    • This Agreement reflects the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the HOPE program.

*ACCESS ADDENDUM 

This agreement confirms your eligibility for the Access Pricing tier for the HOPE program. Please read and confirm the following condition:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You have access to basic needs such as food, housing, and childcare, though sometimes it may feel difficult.
  • You are able to put away money each month to save up to be able to pay for the program, but the higher tier price would mean that you have to save for longer than 12 months.

Confirmation of Eligibility: By signing below, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria stated above and agree to the following:

  1. Truthful Representation:
    • I confirm that I meet the above criteria for ACCESS pricing as of the date of this agreement.  I understand that any false representation may result in the revocation of my access to the Access Pricing tier and potential disqualification from the program.
  2. Commitment:
    • I agree to participate fully in the HOPE program and engage with the community and resources provided.

The HOPE Enclave:
A digital community with peers who understand where you've been and where you're going. A space where you can get what you need, whether it's support, celebration, or anything in between. Share stories, complain, cheer and laugh: It's you're own library basement.

Dara is incredibly empathetic, and through an intersectional lens, she disrupts the automated processes that many underrepresented folks get stuck in.
