Red Marble Reflection Guide Requirement
Your final acceptance into this residency is dependent on your thoughtful completion of the Red Marble Reflection Guide, which you’ll receive within 24 hours of payment.
This 15-minute guided form helps us shape the most revolutionary community possible, and ensures alignment across the group. It also fuels your bonus SUPERSTAR REPORT.
If this is not completed within 5 days of receipt, your spot may be offered to someone else, and your payment will remain non-refundable.
Refunds & Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We have pre-paid contractual agreements with our vendors in Portugal, and your payment secures your room and inclusion in group meals and experiences.
- Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]
- If you don’t receive confirmation within 72 hours, please follow up
- Refunds are not available, but you may contact your travel insurance provider to explore options
Late Payments
If any balance remains unpaid after the final due date, a $50 late fee will be added after 3 days. Please communicate proactively if you anticipate any issues with payment timing.
Group Harmony Clause
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts group synergy, including but not limited to:
- Excessive intoxication
- Inappropriate or discriminatory behavior
- Violation of community agreements
Removal will be at the discretion of the facilitators, and no refunds will be given. You may also be disqualified from future retreats.
The Company’s Commitment
The Company will deliver the experience as described, providing facilitation, lodging, meals, and group programming in alignment with the purpose and values of the residency. The Company is responsible for organizing logistics, communicating expectations, and holding space for the group.
Your Commitment
You agree to pay the full amount, either in full or via the installment plan.
You commit to showing up fully, participating in sessions, and contributing to a safe and respectful group environment.
You understand your payment secures your spot and is non-refundable due to pre-paid venue and service costs.
You will share any accessibility needs or concerns prior to the start of the retreat.
Agreements About the Experience
This residency is not a vacation, wellness retreat, or career workshop — it’s a space for intentional exploration and community design.
You understand that your experience will be shaped by your level of presence, participation, and openness.
The program includes group sessions, solo integration time, and shared meals; participation in all elements is encouraged but not mandatory.
This is a co-created experience: your voice and presence matter.
Ethics and Community Agreements
This program centers values of anti-capitalism, decolonization, queer liberation, Black and POC solidarity, and collective care.
You agree to uphold these values throughout the residency.
Violation of community agreements may result in removal from shared activities.
Confidentiality & Safety
What’s shared in group spaces is to remain confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Company and facilitators will treat your information with care and will never share identifying details without consent.
In case of emergencies, contact info for local services and hosts will be provided.
We value safety, consent, and trust. Sharing in group spaces is optional, and what is shared will remain confidential unless express permission is given. Notes or anonymized reflections may be used for future training or program development.
Termination
You may cancel participation at any time by notifying the Company in writing. However, due to the nature of this experience, payments are non-refundable regardless of cancellation.
Travel & Logistics
Your lodging, meals, programming, and airport transfer are included.
Flights and travel insurance are your responsibility.
The residency begins with dinner on October 22, 2025, and ends with departure on October 28, 2025.
