In my worst job, I went to bed every night dreading the next morning. And every morning I'd walk into that building feel shame like it was a physical weight on me. Like the nasty comments and negative feedback I was getting were a funky–ass cloud everyone could see and smell.
This was supposed to be the happiest place, the dream job. If I couldn’t find joy here, maybe the whole idea of happiness at work just wasn't in the cards for me.
And if what they were saying about me was true, maybe I didn't even deserve it.
That's what had me feeling trapped.
At that point, I would have given anything for a lifeboat. For a path forward. To see some sliver of possibility.And to do it like a party? Back then I couldn't even imagine it 😂
But that's EXACTLY why I created this party: When a new regime is flooding us with chaos and fear, counting on our exhaustion and betting on our defeat.
Yes, it's a trek to break free from toxicity—there's a whole river to journey down. Our party isn't meant to carry you the whole way. But it will give you the tools to set off in the right direction. And right now, just spotting other people choosing their power can spark a revolution.
That's what gives you the energy to get going. That's what reminds you who you are. And we can do it in a way that is fun, and with other people, and affirming, and makes you feel good while you're doing it.
You can wander until you find your way to shore...
You can cobble together a raft from twigs you found, starving, dragging ass, and struggling solo ...
Or you can hop on this party boat I came back for you in. Where there's music, and food, and people to look after you, and people who know where we're going, and people who understand that your joy is a weapon they never saw coming.

And let me warn you, I do NOT want to hear, "ALL I WANT IS..."" like you need to apologize for your dreams. That's toxicity still running the show - making you think you should want less, it's too risky to ask for more, and stealing your sense of possibility. It's a lie, it's disrespectful to the dreamers whose wild imagination gave us every freedom we have now, and in this moment? We need that same revolutionary imagination more than ever.
The good news? Dreaming is a muscle - one you already have, just waiting to flex again. You'll learn exactly how to steal back your belief in possibility and put it to work getting what you want.
Get More Energy
You're tired. I know you're tired. And if I told you you needed better boundaries to disrupt that, you'd probably say "oh I'm working on that." But a lot of times our "work" doesn't really go beyond saying we need to work on it.
Love, we're in a critical moment. So we're going to learn how to make "NO" your best friend so you have the energy to SAVE YOUR OWN LIFE - and by extension, our collective future. Then, we're going to DO IT. No more considering maybe thinking about possibly putting it into practice someday. We're doing this NOW.

Imma be real with you: When I was getting my confidence actively undermined by folks in my toxic environment, no little post-it note affirmations on the mirror were going to convince me of anything 😑.
There's a reason abusive environments try to knock down your confidence - It's because they see how fucking powerful you are. They know that confidence isn't just about feeling good - it's about being ungovernable.
Let's show them exactly what that power looks like. There are proven ways to reclaim it, and I actually use one of these to help my clients build their confidence BY searching for jobs (it's possible!). I’m Dara M Wilson, the Career Clarity Queen (sometimes people call me the Career Clarity Witch, hehe). I help women and nonbinary folks who've endured toxic workplaces shed corporate trauma and build lives they love by decolonizing their relationships to work. I balance spiritual and psychology-based inner healing tactics with actionable – strategy for a well rounded approach to growth and alignment – because right now, we need both the wisdom and the weapons.
